Get your app through App Review

For people who built an app with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit or similar and need it on the App Store. Everything happens in writing, by email. No calls or meetings. You pay only after we confirm the scope and timeline in writing. Common questions.

Apple decides. We prepare your app and your submission to reduce the known reasons for rejection, and we answer the reviewer with you if it comes back. We cannot promise approval, and nobody honestly can. Apple's review time is on top of our turnaround.

Options

Pre-submission audit

$49

Before you submit.

  • We review your app and listing against the common rejection reasons
  • Written report: what to fix, in priority order, with the guideline for each
  • You make the changes, or upgrade to a launch
  • Delivered as a written report by email. Turnaround is confirmed in writing before you pay.

  • Android build, Play Console listing and closed testing track set up
  • Android stops at "closed testing ready". Production release is a later step you control.
  • The finished iOS and Android projects handed back to you

Google requires newer personal developer accounts to run a closed test with at least 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row before applying for production. You recruit the testers; we set up the track and the invite link.

How it works

  1. Send the form below. Include your app link and, for a fix, the full rejection text.
  2. We reply in writing confirming what we will do and the timeline, or telling you if we are not the right fit. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
  3. Pay with the secure link for your option (card payment through Stripe). Please pay only after our written confirmation.
  4. Give access to your App Store Connect (see below) and to your project code.
  5. We do the work and report by email. Nothing is submitted to Apple or Google without your written approval.

Refunds. Cancel before work starts: full refund. If we miss the promised deadline (for example, 72 hours for a rejection fix): full refund. After we deliver, there is no refund, but if Apple rejects the app again we fix and resubmit up to two more times at no extra cost. We cannot promise Apple's approval — Apple decides.

Accounts and access

The app is published from your own Apple Developer account, so you own it. Apple's membership fee is paid by you to Apple and is not part of our price. Google charges its own one-time registration fee for a Play Console account.

Invite our team member as Admin in App Store Connect

  1. Sign in to App Store Connect and open Users and Access.
  2. Click + to add a user. First and last name: Kevin Choi. Email: sc@neumaxtech.com.
  3. Role: Admin. Then click Invite.

Why Admin and not App Manager: signing a release build needs a distribution certificate, and App Manager cannot create one. Admin can.

What we will not do in your account: accept or change agreements, tax or banking; make or change payments; change prices without your written request; delete apps, builds or data; or look at your users' personal data. Admin access technically allows some of these, which is why we state it here. You can remove us any time under Users and Access, and we recommend doing so once the work is finished.

Android (iOS + Android option)

In Play Console, open Users and permissions, invite sc@neumaxtech.com and give release and store listing permissions for this app only. Financial permissions are not needed.

Your code

Add us to your project's private GitHub repository, or send a code export from your builder. We give the finished iOS (and Android) project back to you.

Questions before you order

Not sure which option you need? Paste your rejection into the free rejection decoder first, or check your app with the launch checklist.

Is this a real business?

Ship Desk is operated by NEUMAX LLC. You pay through Stripe, and only after we have confirmed in writing what we will do, by when, and for which price. Every message comes from sc@neumaxtech.com. To see the quality of our work before paying, read the sample audit report or try the free rejection decoder.

Who actually does the work?

Our team does the work using AI tools, and every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you. You get a written report of what was changed and why. Nothing is submitted to Apple or Google without your written approval.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We never ask for your Apple ID password, two-factor codes, or card details. You invite us from inside App Store Connect (and Play Console for Android), and you share code by adding us to a private GitHub repository or by sending a code export. You can remove our access at any time.

Why do you need Admin access in App Store Connect?

Signing a release build needs a distribution certificate, and the App Manager role cannot create one. Admin can. We will not accept or change agreements, tax or banking, make or change payments, delete apps, builds or data, or look at your users' personal data. See Accounts and access for the full list. We recommend removing us when the work is finished.

What if Apple rejects my app again?

Apple decides, and nobody can honestly promise approval. After we deliver a rejection fix or a launch, if Apple rejects the app again we fix and resubmit up to two more times at no extra cost, and we draft each reply to the reviewer for your approval.

How long does it take?

We aim to reply to your request within 24 hours. A rejection fix is done within 72 hours of getting access, or you get a full refund. For the audit and the launches, we confirm the timeline in writing before you pay, and missing it also means a full refund. Apple's own review time comes on top of ours.

What exactly do I get for $49?

A written report on your app and store listing, checked against the common reasons for rejection. Each finding lists the evidence, the guideline it relates to, and the change to make, in priority order. You make the changes yourself or upgrade to a launch. See a sample report (fictional app).

Are there other costs, and who owns the app?

Apple's Developer Program membership is paid by you to Apple, and Google charges its own one-time Play Console registration fee. Neither is part of our price. The app is published from your own developer account, so it stays yours, and we hand the finished project back to you.
